New Wood and Metal Book

I've been wanting to work with wood and metal in a book structure for ages and I have finally finished my first one. The "house" holds a case bound book of windows/doors taken on our travels around the world. Copper wire, nails, and screw came from the beach or salvage yard. Interest rate tables on eves came from 1933 arithmetic textbook. I made this for a book exchange but suspect I will not be able to give it up. We will see! I have fiddled with this for days and finally glued the screw in place and knew I was finally done. I think I"ll do another.
