Dear friends and family,Just to let you know that if you don't hear from me for a week, it is because I am working on my homework assignment for my drawing class. It will be a still life using 5 items (coffee maker, sliced orange, plate, vase, leaf) using pencil or pen/ink. The drawing above was done with pen/ink and since it took me four hours (I am sure I am too tentative), I cannot imagine how long it will take to draw something with x5 items. Adding a blog entry allows me to put off starting, so I had better go. Maybe I'll make a cup of tea first and I know there is laundry to do.
